Deliveries are to kerb side only, however, our drivers will do their best to deliver your materials where you specify, and use their judgement so as not to damage any property. If at the client's request, the delivery vehicle leaves the road and enters the delivery site to unload, then it shall be the client's responsibility to provide suitable and safe access. The supplier reserves the right to override the client's instructions, if in the opinion of the supplier, such instructions may warrant unsafe conditions for the supplier and/or any employees of the supplier. All delivers are off loaded at the driver's discretion.
